लालबर्रा, जिला पंचायत बालाघाट की सामान्य सभा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई जिसमें बालाघाट विधायक श्रीमती अनुभा मुंजारे जी के विधायक प्रतिनिधि व लालबर्रा सरपंच ने सम्पूर्ण विधानसभा क्षेत्र 111 के ब्लाक लालबर्रा की 77 ग्राम पंचायतें बालाघाट की 10 ग्राम पंचायतों की जनहितैषी बात दमदारी से रखी।उक्ताशय की जानकारी देते हुए अनीस खान ने बताया कि शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा में लालबर्रा उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय जो अब सीएम राइस स्कूल में बदल चुका है जिसकी अतिशीघ्र नई बिल्डिंग निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करने,निजी स्कूलों द्वारा गरीब बच्चों को निर्धारित कोटे अनुसार फ्री एडमिशन व सभी छात्रों के लिये तय निर्धारित कम दर पर किताबे उपलब्ध कराए जाने,सहित सीएम राइस स्कूलों में इस वर्ष के मिडिल क्लास बच्चों को निःशुल्क ड्रेस वितरण करने की बात कही साथ ही ग्राम बघोली स्कूल में अतिरिक्त कछ की अतिशीघ्र स्वीकृति की बात कही इसके 2 अलावा बालाघाट विधानसभा के बाउंड्रीवॉल विहीन सभी स्कूलों में बाउंड्रीवाल,शराब पीकर स्कूलों में आने वाले शिक्षकों पर कार्यवाही की भी बात की गई, जिस पर मुख्यकार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री रणदा जी व सहायक संचालक शिक्षा विभाग श्री सी एस मरावी ने कहा जो टीचर शराब पीकर स्कूल आयेंगे उनकी तत्काल MLC कराकर दोषी पाए जाने पर निलंबन की कार्यवाही व सीएम राइस स्कूलों के मिडिल छात्रों की ड्रेस आने पर निशुल्क बांटने सहित समस्याओं का समाधान करने की बात कही।

Apart from this, boundary walls were also talked about in all the schools of Balaghat Assembly without boundary walls, action was also talked about against teachers coming to schools after drinking alcohol, on which Chief Executive Officer Mr. Randa ji and Assistant Director of Education Department, Shri CS Maravi said that if any teacher comes to school after consuming alcohol, his MLC will be done immediately and if found guilty, action will be taken against him for suspension and problems will be solved by distributing the uniforms of middle school students of CM Rice Schools for free when they arrive. In the review meeting of the Electricity Department, there were discussions on smart meters and high electricity bills for rural consumers, about 50-60 years old electricity lines in Lalbarra city headquarters and rural areas, transformers, insulators, cable wires instead of open wires, freedom from frequent unannounced power cuts, electricity expansion work in rural areas, electric hydraulic loader vehicle for Lalbarra block, arrangement of new departmental building in place of departmental dilapidated ruined residential complex located at Lalbarra Power House and other topics including public welfare schemes for consumers, on which the Executive Engineer Mr. Deepak Uike said that there is no benefit of subsidy if more than 150 units of electricity is consumed, there is a plan to give Rs 1 crore from the government for installing 1 solar energy in villages with a population of more than 5000, there is a plan to install electric poles, transformers for fields and irrigation with a subsidy of 50 percent from Krishak Mitra Yojana for farmers, as well as PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme in the district this year 2024-25 For this, a target of installing solar power in 6643 houses has been set, and it was also said that the electricity related problems in Lalbarra and Balaghat rural areas will be resolved. During the review under the health department, it was said that a 30-bed hospital will be sanctioned at the Lalbarra community health center and a new hospital building will be built. Apart from this, it was said that there will be a smooth distribution of doctors and free medicines at all the health centers in Balaghat Lalbarra area. Apart from this, MLA representative Anees Khan also said that the facilities available to patients will be provided at the district hospital Balaghat. The health officials said that 5 new sub-health centers have been sanctioned in the Lalbarra area of ​​Balaghat assembly constituency, which includes villages Dhapera, Manpur, Bahiyatikur, Bori and Bandri. After taking information about the works sanctioned in Lalbarra and Balaghat rural areas under Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana, it was said to complete the incomplete works as soon as possible and to start the construction of the broken bridge of Sarti river situated on Bori road in front of Lalbarra tehsil office. Apart from this, the issue of cleaning and repairing the departmental roads of Lalbarra and Balaghat rural areas which have been damaged in the rains and big bushes etc. have grown on the roadside tracks has been raised by MLA representative Anees Khan in District Panchayat Balaghat. Mr. Khan said that since BOT, Road Transport, PWD, Rural Mechanical Services Department and other departments were not included in the agenda of this meeting, they could not be discussed but it has been said that the damaged roads of highway route Lalbarra to Seoni and Balaghat should be repaired immediately.

मीण छेत्रो में विधुत विस्तार कार्य, लालबर्रा ब्लाक के लिये विधुत हाइड्रोलिक लोडर वाहन, लालबर्रा पावर हाउस स्थित विभागीय जीर्ण शीर्ण खंडहर आवासीय परिसर के स्थान पर नवीन विभागीय भवन की व्यवस्था व उपभोगताओं की जनहितैसी योजनाओं सहित अन्य विषयों पर चर्चा हुई जिस पर अधिक्षण यंत्री श्री दीपक उइके ने बताया कि 150 यूनिट से अधिक बिजली जलने पर सबसीडी का लाभ नही मिलता, 5000 से अधिक जनसँख्या वाले ग्रामो में 1 सोलर ऊर्जा लगाने हेतु शासन से 1 करोड़ रुपये देने की योजना है,किसानों के लिए कृषक मित्र योजना से 50 प्रतिशत की सब्सिडी से खेतों व सिंचाई हेतु विधुत पोल, ट्रांसफर लगाने की योजना है साथ ही जिले में पीएम सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना का इस वर्ष 2024-25 हेतु 6643 घरों में  सोलर स्थापना का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है,साथ ही लालबर्रा व बालाघाट ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विधुत सम्बन्धी समस्याओं का निराकरण करने की बात कही गई।
      स्वाथ्य विभाग अंतर्गत की समीक्षा के दौरान लालबर्रा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में 30 बिस्तर अस्पताल की स्वीकृति व नई अस्पताल बिल्डिंग बनाने की बात कही, इसके अलावा बालाघाट लालबर्रा क्षेत्र के सभी स्वस्थ केंद्रों में डॉक्टर व निशुल्क दवाइयों का वितरण सुचारू रूप से रहे की बात की गई, इसके अलावा जिला अस्पताल बालाघाट में मरीजों को प्राप्त सुविधा प्रदान करने की बात भी विधायक प्रतिनिधि अनीस खान ने कही, स्वास्थ अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि बालाघाट विधानसभा के लालबर्रा छेत्र में  5 नवीन उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्र की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हुई है जिसमे ग्राम धपेरा, मानपुर, बहीयातिकुर, बोरी, व बान्दरी शामिल है। प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना से लालबर्रा व बालाघाट ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वीकृत कार्यो की जानकारी लेकर अतिशीघ्र अपूर्ण कार्य पूर्ण करने व लालबर्रा के तहसील कार्यालय के आगे बोरी रोड पर स्तिथ सर्र्टी नदी के टूटे पुल का निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करने कहा गया, इसके अलावा लालबर्रा व बालाघाट ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की विभागीय सड़के जो बरसात में खराब हो चुकी है व सड़क किनारे पटरियों पर बड़ी झाड़ियां इत्यादि हो हो चुके हैं उनकी सफाई व मरम्मत कार्य अतिशीघ्र करने का मुद्दा विधायक प्रतिनिधि अनीस खान द्वारा जिला पंचायत बालाघाट में उठाया गया है। श्री खान ने बताया कि इस बैठक एजेंडा में  बीओटी, सड़क परिवहन, PWD, ग्रामीण यांत्रिकी सेवा विभाग व अन्य विभाग एजेंडा में शामिल नही होने से इन पर चर्चा नही हो पाई किंतु हाइवे मार्ग लालबर्रा से सिवनी व बालाघाट की खराब सड़को को तत्काल सुधारे जाने की बात कही है।
