The above instructions were given by Collector Riju Bafna in a meeting with the superintendents of hostels and ashrams on Thursday. Try to fill the seats in the hostels by meeting the sarpanches, panchs, public representatives, patwaris, CEOs of district panchayats, tehsildars of the surrounding gram panchayats. The collector said that the hostel superintendent should provide facilities to the students with sensitivity. Improve the arrangements of the hostels, solve the problems of the children and the food given to the students should be of good quality and use the supplied material. If the quality of the newly supplied material is not good then return it. Develop libraries in the hostels. If there is a need for minor repairs in the hostels or in relation to any other type of problem, the nodal officer should inform the District Treasury Officer GL Guwatia.
