Shahdol, rivers are in spate due to continuous heavy rain in the district. Its effect is not only seen on public life but due to continuous rain, movement has stopped in many routes. In this, many internal routes connecting mainly Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh have also been closed. Due to heavy rain, the culvert broke in Byahari Sukha road, due to which that route was closed from Friday evening. Now on Saturday evening, three internal routes connecting Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh have been closed. In which the Odari river of Sidhi police station area of ​​the district is flowing over the bridge, due to which this route has been obstructed. After getting the information, the police reached the spot and traffic has been stopped. It was told that this route connects Janakpur of Chhattisgarh via Jaisinghnagar to Sidhi. Many passenger buses run on this route which are now affected. On Saturday evening, the river is flowing over the bridge due to which the police has closed this route, people coming and going are being stopped.

Similarly, a small river is in spate near Tarai Dhol village under outpost Keshavahi of Budhar police station area, water is flowing over the bridge. Due to which the route has been closed, this route is an internal route connecting Chhattisgarh. At the same time, a small culvert near Semar Pani village of outpost Keshavahi is in spate, this is an internal route connecting Chhattisgarh from where people from Chhattisgarh to MP and MP use this route to go to Chhattisgarh. But since Saturday afternoon, the route is blocked due to water flowing over the culvert.

In this way, due to heavy rains near Sukha village of Byahari, the culvert broke due to water flowing over the bridge, due to which the connectivity of 50 villages is broken. On Saturday evening, the Samdhin river in Nodhiya village is in spate. The water is flowing four feet above the bridge. This route is the main route to Papaundh. Due to the water flowing over the river, the route has been completely blocked, police force has been deployed and people coming and going are being stopped in advance. Most of the rivers in the district are in spate and the bridges built over these rivers have been submerged. The general public has been appealed not to move on such routes.
