Damoh, New law and justice code has been implemented from July 2024. Under the guidelines received from the Police Headquarters, under the guidance of Damoh Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi, today the police in various police stations of the district informed the general public about the new laws by doing public dialogue with the general public, as well as reaching out to the students in schools and giving legal information.

In the same sequence, in Madiaon police station of Hata subdivision, station in-charge Brajesh Pandey sat with public representatives, dignitaries and made everyone aware of the new rules and procedures and appealed to give information by making everyone aware, as well as communicated in the school.

Rajpura police station in-charge Dharmendra Gurjar, after amendment in the new laws and procedure, communicated with the people in Rajpura police station and gave necessary information regarding the laws. Made aware of the new laws and also provided other important information including legal procedures, women helpline services to the students in Higher Secondary School Rajpura, Bari and Saadpur.

Similarly, in Gasabad police station, in-charge Vikas Singh Chauhan made everyone aware of the new law and justice system in the presence of public representatives, dignitaries and people. People were explained that now under the provisions of the new laws, the complainant will be able to connect with the police through social media as well, and can get the benefit of FIR report, information etc. on mail, WhatsApp etc.
