Patna, Bihar's largest and first under-construction township Veena Vatika celebrated the 19th foundation day of K.K.T. Construction Private Limited on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja. During this, a large number of people who had booked their houses in this township arrived. Construction Private Limited, a leading company in the construction sector that built Veena Vatika, gave a grand welcome to the visitors.

Krishnakant Thakur said that safety, convenience and beauty have been given priority in the construction of Veena Vatika and it will be handed over to the customers before time. Company director Suman Kumar Thakur said that there is a plan to build a state-of-the-art market complex in the premises of Veena Vatika. It will have many facilities like hotels, restaurants, utility shops.
This township is under construction right next to the Darbhanga Delhi turn NH 27, very close to the airport and bus stand, so far more than 80% of the flats have been booked as there are many big schools, colleges, technical institutes of the city right next to this township. Veena Vatika has been completed before time. We will start the process of handing it over to the customers from December. After this, we will also start a new project soon.
