Everyone is seen praising the central government. However, Pappu Yadav is once again advising Nitish Kumar's JDU to step down from the Union Cabinet.
Regarding the general budget, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that we were demanding help for special state or special rights. The Center is helping. We are satisfied with this budget. We have been working since 2005. What was the condition of Bihar? We worked in every field, from road to school.
'We had already said that please help. They have helped in many things. If Bihar gets additional help, it will definitely benefit. We were demanding the status of a special state, but when the status of a special state cannot be given, then special help should be given to help Bihar and that help is being given.'' - Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister, Bihar
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that, the way funds have been given for the development of all sectors of Bihar in the Union Budget. For this, we thank Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and PM Modi on behalf of the people of Bihar. He said that 26 thousand crore rupees have been given only for the field of road construction. Thousands of crores of rupees have been given for the new university. This is commendable. He said that the central government will continue to provide financial help for the development work of Bihar in the future as well.
