East Champaran, A new system has been started to reduce the problems of mutation in the state. The process of mutation will be simplified through e-mutation plus, while digitized jamabandi will be improved through Parimarjan Plus and the missed jamabandi will also be made online. Apart from this, the revenue court of the collector and commissioner has been added to the revenue court management system, so that online litigation can be filed. This new system was started on Tuesday in the presence of Revenue and Land Reforms Department Minister Dr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal. For information, let us tell you that under the new system in e-mutation, now the facility of defect check will be available for mutation applications. If there is any error related to account, khesra, area, name, jamabandi or evidence in the application, then the zonal officer will send it back to the applicant online. The applicant will correct the errors and send the application again, then the litigation process will start. If there is an error in the application, the applicant will not have to go through the appeal process. Information about errors in the application will be given through SMS and information about every stage will also be sent through SMS. Along with this, the system has provided the facility to employees and revenue officers to upload evidence in support of their decision or recommendation. Now the applicant will be able to upload all the evidence like Khatian, partition, rent receipt, will etc. separately. Earlier there was a provision to upload only one file, which caused difficulty in finding the document. Under the improvement in e-mutation, application for mutation can be made only when the information of jamabandi is available online. Jamabandi missed during digitization can also be made online through Parimarjan Plus portal. Along with this, a provision has also been made in the new software to repair the damaged and torn jamabandi and make it available online.
