Shajapur. The police have recovered the minor girl who was kidnapped two months ago from the possession of the accused from Rajasthan and handed her over to her family. The accused had kidnapped the minor with himself two months ago. The accused is being interrogated by the police.
According to the information, on February 16, complainant Shiv's father Karansingh Bhilala, resident of village Mitera, complained that someone had kidnapped his minor niece. On this the police registered the case and took it under investigation. After this, a team was formed under the direction of SP Yashpal Singh Rajput, ASP TS Baghel and SDOP Pintu Kumar Baghel and deployed to search for the kidnapper. With the continuous efforts of the team and the help of cyber cell, the police got information about the kidnapper being in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. On this, the police formed a team on 05 April and sent it to Jaisalmer Rajasthan and the team kidnapped the minor girl from Fatesar district Jaisalmer Rajasthan, 1000 km away, from the custody of the accused Raju father Pritamsingh Bhilala (23), resident of Tandi district Jhalawar, on 06 April. Did Dastyab and returned to Akodia. After this, based on the statements of the victim, the police added sections 366, 376(3), 376(2) (N), IPC, 3/4, 5 (L) / 6 POCSO Act in the case. The accused was arrested and presented in Shujalpur court from where the accused was sent to jail. In this action, police station in-charge Ramkishan Gaud, sub-inspector Deepesh Vyas, Sauni Ramu Vishwakarma, head constable Vipin Tomar, Anand Sharma, Rambahadur, Balram Yadav, constable Ravi Raghuvanshi, Hokam Carpenter and cyber cell head constable Vikas Tiwari, constable performed commendable work. Anil, Ghanshyam and Rajesh Dangi played important roles.
