Byohari, SDM office Byohari has become a bastion of corruption, the situation is such that the officers and employees posted there are seen selling their integrity in the greed of a few silver coins, they do not hesitate to make the orders of Collector and Commissioner disappear, which has been revealed by the information received under RTI.

What is the matter -
While taking action against illegal excavation of crusher stone in Gram Panchayat Bhamarha Pratham and Gram Bhani, the Mineral Department has arrested 100 people. Q. Under Section 247(7) of the Revenue Code 1959 a case was prepared and recovery was made for which letter no./19/Mineral/2013/1253 Shahdol dated 01/November/2013 was sent by the Office of the Collector, Mineral Department to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Office of Byohari, recovery of which has not been done till date and the said file has been made to disappear in connivance with the mineral mafia, for which people have demanded action by getting an inquiry done from the Collector and Commissioner. Disclosure under RTI -
What action has been taken on the letter sent by the Collector Office to the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Office Byohari on 01/11/2013 for recovery? To get information, Lal Bahadur Singh Neti had given an application for information under RTI on 12/02/2024 in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue, but due to non-provision of information within the stipulated time period, the application for first appeal was sent to the Collector Shahdol, after which the information has been provided by the Office Assistant Public Information Officer / Tehsildar Tehsil Byohari. The information provided by the Tehsildar mentions that the current records of the office were examined and after examination it was found that the Mineral Officer Shahdol's Process No./19/Mineral/2013/1253 Shahdol dated 01 November 2013 is not available. Information cannot be given in case of non-availability. Did the file get eaten up by the ground or the sky -
The question to be considered is that the letter sent by the office of Collector Mineral Shahdol to the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Byohari, on which the then Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue took action and gave letter no./932/Prav./2017 Byohari dated 14/08/2017 to the Naib Tehsildar Circle Khand to recover the amount of the imposed fine from the concerned people and to inform about the action taken, then this question remains among the people that where did that important file of mineral recovery go, did it get eaten up by the ground or did the sky go away? Taking cognizance of this matter, people have demanded the Commissioner and Collector to take action.
