Shajapur, People of Muslim society from all over the district had gone on Haj pilgrimage to Mecca Madina. Those who prayed there for peace in the whole world including India. Former Water Resources Minister and MLA Mr. Hukumsingh Karara honored everyone by wearing a shawl-shree fruit and flower garland on Thursday on returning safely to their homeland.

Addressing the program organized at the local garden located at Maharana Pratap Chauraha, Mr. Karada said that it is not in everyone's destiny to perform Haj pilgrimage. Those people are lucky who get this opportunity. Even after going there, you people gave good wishes for all of us. It is a matter of pride for us. Today we have got a proud opportunity to honor you all. On this occasion, MLA Mr. Karada felicitated all the Hajis, Ulemas and Imams who returned from Haj by garlanding them with shawls and garlands. A large number of public representatives and eminent citizens of the city were present in this programme.

Greenery and prosperity will come in the area with the water of Narmada!!

MLA Mr. Karada said that today we are very worried about the water crisis. But this problem is not of long duration. We have made efforts which are going to be successful very soon. And now the people of the district are going to get the water of Maa Narmada. For this, another amount of crores has come. Many times it is seen that there is plenty of water, but due to lack of power supply, we have to face water crisis. But due to the arrival of Narmada water, such arrangements are being made that all the tanks will be filled even without electricity. No one will ever face any problem. Today, due to intermittent water supply, the residents have to wander for water. This will not happen in future. We will supply sufficient water to the people twice a day, not except one day. Along with this, our farmer brothers will no longer have to worry about irrigation and they will be able to get economic progress and prosperity by growing three crops.

Mr. Karada told that not only the district headquarters, but the people of the entire district including Maksi, Barodia, Berchha, Dupada will get its benefit. All the troubles we are facing today are about to end.

It is notable that the "Narmada Water Scheme" worth about two and a half thousand crores was approved when you were the Water Resources Minister. Now this plan is going to take a concrete form. Where 270 villages of Shajapur assembly constituency will get uninterrupted Narmada water, the land of 3 lakh hectares of farmers will be irrigated!!
