Navgachhia police has lifted the veil from the famous businessman Vinay murder case. In this regard, Superintendent of Police of Navgachhia Prerna Kumar has made a sensational disclosure by issuing a press conference. The SP said that the elder brother got his younger brother killed by giving a contract of Rs 6 lakhs. The police have arrested the murderer of this murder and all the accused related to this incident. In this regard, on the basis of the application of the deceased's wife, further action was started by registering a case in Navgachhia police station.

Businessman Vinay Gupta was murdered in his shop

Navgachhia SP said that businessman Vinay Gupta was shot dead by unknown criminals in his shop in Hadiya Patti of Navgachhia on Sunday night at around 9:30. In view of the seriousness of the incident, an SIT was formed under the leadership of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer to successfully solve the case, in which three teams were formed. A team scanned about 100 CCTV cameras installed at various crossings and railway stations under Navgachhia market. Through continuous observation of CCTV footage, human and technical investigation, the shooter involved in the incident was identified as Mukesh Jha, son of Jageshwar Jha, resident of Tetri police station area of ​​Navgachhia.

This is how all the accused were arrested

The SP said that on the basis of CCTV footage and other information collected, Mukesh Jha, resident of Tetri village of Navgachhia police station area, was arrested first. On his information, Anmol Paswan alias Prashant Kumar, son of Siyaram Paswan, resident of Tetri village, was arrested by the police and after surrendering in the court, he was taken on remand for interrogation. On his statement, the police arrested Mohammad Kabir Alam, son of Mohammad Ansar Baitha, resident of Ujani village of the police station area, who had lined up the murder incident. On the information given by the criminal Mukesh Jha, the country-made pistol used in the incident was also recovered.

For this reason, the elder brother gave a contract of 6 lakhs to kill the younger brother. Regarding the reasons of the incident, Navgachiya Superintendent of Police Prerna Kumar said that when the police interrogated Mukesh Jha, he told the whole story. Mukesh Jha told that there was a long-standing dispute between Vinay Gupta and his elder brother Vipin Gupta regarding property and money transactions. Due to this, the elder brother got his younger brother killed by giving a contract of 6 lakh rupees. Kabir Alam is the staff of elder brother Vipin Gupta. Mohammad Kabir Alam has told in his statement that Vipin Gupta had talked to him about getting Vinay Gupta killed, for which a deal was made with Anmol Paswan for 6 lakh rupees. Then Anmol Paswan hired a contract killer for this, who killed Vinay Gupta on Sunday night. All three criminals have accepted their involvement in the incident. Also, on the basis of his statement, the elder brother Vipin Gupta has also been taken into custody by the police and he is being questioned. Further action is being taken as per the evidence.
