In Akhilaspur village of Bhabua police station area of ​​Kaimur district, a drunk father strangled his own son to death. Even this did not satisfy the accused, so he stabbed his son several times with a knife. When the family came to know about this, they informed Dial 112 about the incident. The police, who arrived on the information, are investigating the entire matter. Apart from this, the body has been sent to Sadar Hospital Bhabua for post-mortem. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused father. The deceased teenager is said to be Azad Kumar, 14-year-old son of Vinod Ram of Kailashpur village of Bhabua police station area.

The deceased could not escape due to being handicapped
The deceased's brother Bhishma gave information and said that my younger brother Azad was strangled to death by father in a drunken state. Father has also damaged his eye. He had driven me and our mother away. My brother was handicapped, due to which he stayed at home. We had no idea that he would kill us. When mother went home, we came to know about the incident. After this, the police was called by dialling 112. We have come to get the post-mortem of the dead body done.

Attacked with knife at many places on the body
Bhabua DSP Shiv Shankar Kumar said that Vinod Ram, a resident of slum in Akhilaspur village, has killed his 14-year-old handicapped son by strangling him. Marks of stabbing have also been found on many parts of the body. The accused was also quarrelling with his wife and elder son, so they ran away. The deceased was handicapped, due to which he could not run away. After the murder, the accused is absconding at the moment. Raids are being conducted to arrest him. The post-mortem of the dead body is being done. Apart from this, strict action will also be taken against all the liquor smugglers in the area.
