Lalbarra, located at a distance of about five kilometers from the city headquarters, at the Wainganga Potiya Ghat on Samanpur road of Dadia and Bamhni Panchayat, the construction of Panghat and returning wall is being done by the Bamhni Sarpanch at a cost of Rs 23.50 lakh from the District Panchayat Fund. Hundreds of villagers of Dadia including Gram Sarpanch Smt. Rishi Panchhi Bhalavi and District Panchayat member representative Maniram Bhoyar have complained to Tehsildar Lalbarra, District CEO Lalbarra and Police Station Incharge Lalbarra on Friday, 22 November, to stop the said construction work immediately and to stop the construction work against the rules. It is mentioned in the complaint letter that unnecessary and illegal construction work is being done by Bamhani Sarpanch BR Dhabale in Potiyapat Dadiya whereas the said land falls within the boundary of Dadiya Panchayat. Construction work has been started at the said place without asking the villagers about which the villagers of Dadiya have no information. Also, nobody has any idea under which head the construction work is being done. Bamhani Sarpanch BR Dhabale has started the work without taking the villagers of Dadiya into confidence. The said construction work should be stopped immediately and the concerned officer has been asked to inspect the said site and take action. While talking to the press, the village Sarpanch Smt. Rishi Panchhi Bhalavi told that the construction work is being done by the Bamhani Sarpanch in an unnecessarily illegal manner, for which we have complained and demanded action. And currently, like every year, a fair is being held at the same place for 15 days on the Potiya Pat of Vanganga and thousands of people come from far off places to visit the Potiya Pat and with the help of machines, a drain-like structure has been made and deepened, due to which any accident can happen. Further, in the discussion, she told that the Bamhani Sarpanch is not able to manage his own Panchayat and is getting construction work done in another Panchayat. The Bamhani Sarpanch is always surrounded by controversies and just ten months ago, under pressure from some villagers, the Bamhani Sarpanch has got the village society to stop the relations of Laxman Tumsare and his family from his own village, for which he has not got justice till now. He has been making rounds of the Collector's Office, SP Office, Tehsil and Police Station for the last ten months to get justice. Till now Laxman and his family members are not getting justice, even now his village society is totally shut out from him, he is not being included in any social work, first get justice to such afflicted people, then talk about construction work.

Among those who have complained and demanded action, prominent ones are Mrs. Rishi Panchhi Bhalavi Sarpanch Dadiya, Maniram Bhoyar Zilla Panchayat member representative, Tulsiram Bopche former Zilla Panchayat member, Pt. Anil Dubey, Rajendra Bhalavi, Surendra Thackeray, Manik Ram Bopche, Dipesh Bopche, Jiyalal Bopche, Lekhram Bankar, Antaram Kole, Monu Ashwale, Jagannath Mate, Jagdish Rana, Dilendra Bhoyar, Rekchand Bisen, Ganesh Bhagat, Ganesh Bhoyar, Amritlal Thackeray, Pramod Harinkhede, Manik Ram Bopche, Hemraj Raut, Tulsiram Kadauker, Dhirendra Humnekar, and all others have demanded action.
