Anuppur, today on 12.12.2024, a crime review meeting of all the gazetted officers and station in-charges of the district was held by Superintendent of Police Anuppur Shri Moti Ur Rehman in the meeting hall of Superintendent of Police Office Anuppur. The Superintendent of Police reviewed the pending crimes of the district, crimes related to women, cases of POCSO Act, pending inquest, pending challans station wise. Instructions have been given to take the identified crimes, crimes related to women sensitively, ST/SC relief cases and pending challans, execution of warrants of POCSO Act, execution of permanent warrants, CM Helpline and Samadhan Online cases for immediate resolution. Also, all the police station in-charges were directed to identify the miscreants under suvrveillance in the police station and take preventive action against them, to control the cases of NDPS Act and also to take action against the owners of the vehicles seized under NDPS Act, to re-implement the beat system in the police station and to emphasize on community policing and to activate the members of Nagar Raksha Samiti and increase night patrolling points, to solve the unsolved murder cases and rape cases, to solve the cases of 173(8), to execute the permanent and arrest warrants as much as possible. Also, the Superintendent of Police directed all the police station in-charges to increase visits in their police station area and to go and talk among the public, to organize awareness programs to make the public aware about digital arrest, online fraud.
