Anuppur, Collector Shri Harshal Pancholi, while instructing the officers in the review meeting of timeline letters in the Narmada Auditorium of the Collectorate Office, said that a special campaign will be run in the district taking the e-KYC of Samagra ID and Ration Card consumers seriously. E-KYC of every eligible person should be ensured in all the gram panchayats of the district. He also directed the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue to hold a meeting of Patwari, Secretary, Employment Assistant and Mobilizer in e-KYC work. In the meeting, the Collector said that e-KYC work should be monitored daily on the basis of seriousness and daily report should be sent to the Collector's office, so that information can be obtained regarding the progress of the campaign.

In the meeting, the Collector instructed all the officers to ensure departmental work through e-office system. He said that the report of government letters, orders and leave should be sent through e-office system. So that transparency and prompt action can be ensured in government work.

While reviewing the pending cases on the Samadhan Online Portal, he directed the concerned officials to resolve them expeditiously. He said that timely resolution of citizens' complaints is the priority of the administration, so no negligence will be tolerated in this. The Collector also directed all the officers to submit the progress report of their respective departmental works.

Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Mr. Tanmay Vashisht Sharma, Additional Collector Mr. Dilip Kumar Pandey, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Jaithari Mrs. Anjali Dwivedi, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Pushparajgarh Mr. Sudhakar Singh Baghel, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Kotma Mr. Ajit Tirkey and departmental officers of various departments of the district were present in the meeting.
