Jhabua, Women and Child Development Department will openly auction the vehicles for sale. Due to which vehicle number MP 02-5074 government bid Rs 28000 thousand and jeep ICDS has been parked in Jhabua. Vehicle number MP 02-2921 has been given a government bid of Rs 24000 thousand and Jeep ICDS has been parked in Meghnagar.

The vehicle will be handed over in the same condition in which it is standing. Vehicle inspection can be done during office hours except holidays. The tenderers will have to deposit the earnest money amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) of the nationalized bank in the name of Collector, District Jhabua in the District Nazir branch before the auction bidding and the same person will be able to participate in the bidding for each vehicle. The open auction will be held on 28 February 2024 at Collector Office Jhabua.

Therefore, it will be mandatory to appear at the regular time of 11:00 am. The person whose bid is accepted will be required to deposit the entire amount in the Nazarat branch of the Collector's office within 07 days including the day of auction, only after that the vehicle will be delivered. After final disposal of the vehicle, the successful highest bidder will himself pick up the vehicle and will bear the expenses on registration etc. as per the rules of the Transport Department. The final decision to accept/reject the tender will be that of Collector Jhabua, which will be universally accepted and cannot be challenged in any court. The earnest money of all bidders except the highest bidder will be returned. It will be mandatory for the successful tenderer to produce his/her identity card at the time of receiving the vehicle.
