Bihar Deputy CM's big allegation
Said - Lalu Yadav's entire family is in cahoots with liquor mafia
Patna, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary targeted RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav over his statement and said, 'They give tickets, it is clearly visible. We know that Tejashwi does the work of giving tickets to liquor mafia. Lalu Prasad Yadav's family itself is completely in cahoots with liquor mafia.'
Samrat said that there are many examples like the tickets given in Gopalganj, Siwan. Samrat also gave a statement on Bihar elections and said that elections will be held under the leadership of Nitish Kumar and Bihar will again have a government under the leadership of Nitish Kumar.
Tejashwi Yadav had targeted Bihar government over liquor ban
Actually, Tejashwi Yadav had targeted the Bihar government on his X handle and had asked some questions about liquor ban. Tejashwi had said, 'Bihar Police and Bihar government have made liquor ban a powerful tool for illegal extortion, smuggling and corruption. In the name of prohibition, a parallel economy of illegal trade of more than 40 thousand crores i.e. black market is running in Bihar.'
Tejashwi had also said, 'Under the prohibition law, 9 lakh 36 thousand 949 cases have been registered so far. In these cases, 14 lakh 32 thousand 837 people have been arrested. Out of these, (more than 14 lakh, 20 thousand 700 people are from poor, Dalit, backward and extremely backward classes i.e. more than 99%). The remaining less than 1 percent of the arrested people are non-Dalit, non-backward/non-extremely backward and people from other states.'
Tejashwi had said, this government does not have the capacity and capability to put non-Dalit-non-backward/non-extremely backward people in jail in the name of prohibition because all of them are socially, politically, economically and religiously strong and influential. Their law only works on the poor.
