Lalbarra, Balaghat Congress MLA Mrs. Anubha Munjare, calling the state's BJP government anti-farmer, women, tribal and Dalit, said that bureaucracy and capitalists dominate this government. The government has nothing to do with the farmers and neither is it concerned with the common people. The bureaucracy has become so dominant in this government that it is not even giving importance to the public representatives. Illegal businessmen and mafia are being protected and work is being done in collaboration with them. Whether it is sand or illegal liquor, the work is being done under the protection of the government and administration. In a press conference organized, Balaghat MLA Anubha Munjare said that a Dalit daughter was mentally and physically exploited by the District President of BJP Yuva Morcha Bhupendra Sohagpure in Balaghat. Against whom a crime has been registered on 17th November. But Bhupendra has not been arrested till now. Due to political protection, the police is not making any arrest. MLA Anubha Munjare raised questions on the police action and said that on one hand, when a common man commits a crime, the police immediately arrests him or takes the criminal into their custody by making his family members sit in the police station. They run a bulldozer. A procession is taken out, many types of legal procedures are adopted. No action is being taken by the police in the Bhupendra Sohagpure case. BJP and its people talk about women's respect and safety of daughters. Here everyone is silent on the incident of crime against a daughter. Even the MP is silent. We have raised a question in the assembly in this matter and we will demand from the assembly speaker that he should include this matter for special discussion. We will not sit silent in this matter at all. The assembly session is till 20th December. If Bhupendra is not arrested even by this time, then after this session, a strategy will be made with the Congressmen in Balaghat to sit on a hunger strike. MLA Anubha Munjare said that the state government had promised the farmers in its election manifesto during the elections that their paddy produce will be purchased at the rate of 31 hundred rupees per quintal, wheat at 27 hundred rupees per quintal and soybean at 6 thousand rupees per quintal. Along with the assembly, BJP leaders had also made this promise in the Lok Sabha elections, but even after a year the government has not fulfilled it. Whereas the state government has been able to hold on to only two major issues. In which it was promised to give 3 thousand rupees per month to the sisters under the Ladli Behna Yojana and to purchase paddy from farmers at the rate of 31 hundred rupees per quintal. This promise has not been fulfilled. MLA Anubha Munjare said that the government has started purchasing paddy at the support price at this time and paddy is being purchased at the rate of just 23 hundred rupees per quintal. Our farmers are not ready to sell their produce at this rate. Farmers are protesting. This farmers' protest is going on in a peaceful environment. The government should fulfill the demands of the farmers. It is unfortunate that the Chief Minister of the state, Dr. Mohan Yadav, came to the trade fair during his visit to Balaghat. But he did not take out time to meet the farmers and neither did he talk about the farmers. The demand of purchasing the paddy produce of the farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 has been going on for a long time. Which the Chief Minister of the state is ignoring. We want to tell the state government to take an immediate decision on the demands of the farmers. Do not try to take the farmers' protest lightly, these farmers are protesting peacefully right now and in the future they can also protest violently. We have full support to the farmers. Congress MLA Anubha Munjare criticized the working style of the District Panchayat CEO and said that despite calling the CEO several times, he is not receiving the call nor is he replying later. Which shows that the bureaucracy has completely dominated him. We want to tell them that we know on which platform we have to present our views for the public and how to present them. We can respond to this in future as well when the opportunity comes. MLA Anubha Munjare told that on 16 December, Congress is organizing a siege movement of the Vidhan Sabha in Bhopal on various issues. In which all our MLAs and senior Congress leaders will do the siege movement under the leadership of State President Jeetu Patwari. During this, various questions raised by the media were also answered by the MLA. On this occasion, apart from MLA Anubha Munjare, Congress leader Mrs. Anju Jaiswal, former Municipal President Bhim Fulsunghe, City Congress President Shyam Panjwani, Leader of Opposition Yograj Lilhare and other Congressmen were present.
