Aurangabad, despite being a part of the NDA coalition in power at the center, the Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) has made a big statement against the BJP. The party has demanded that action be taken against Madhya Pradesh government minister Kunwar Vijay Shah because he made wrong and insulting remarks against Indian Army officer Colonel Sofia Qureshi. Colonel Sofia led Operation Sindoor against Pakistani terrorists.

RLM national president and Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha, while talking to journalists in Aurangabad on Thursday evening, said that the minister's statement is very shameful and should be strongly condemned. He said that whoever makes such a statement, action must be taken against him and the BJP should take strict action in this.

Upendra Kushwaha said that the statement made by the Madhya Pradesh government minister about Colonel Sofia Qureshi is very objectionable and irresponsible. No one should be allowed to make such a statement. He said that Colonel Sofia is India's daughter and we all are proud of her. If anything wrong is said against her, strict action should be taken against it. BJP should definitely take action in this matter.

On being asked about BJP taking out 'Tiranga Yatra' after Operation Sindoor, Kushwaha said that every political party has the right to hold its own programs. BJP is also holding its own programs before the elections, there is nothing wrong in it. All parties hold such events before the elections. Those who are criticizing BJP can also hold their own programs. No one is stopping them. Rahul Gandhi is also holding his own programs regarding elections in Bihar, so all this is normal and should happen.
