Siwan, 2 workers died while opening the centering of 15 feet deep toilet tank. While the third worker is admitted in the hospital. This incident created panic in the area. It is said that as soon as they entered the toilet tank, all three workers started having trouble breathing.

All three were not getting oxygen. The workers started screaming due to suffocation. Hearing the voice of the workers, the people present there also got scared and started trying to take out the workers who had entered the toilet tank but they were not successful in taking the workers out. After which JCB was called on the spot. With the help of JCB, digging was done near the tank and all three workers were taken out.

All three were taken to the hospital where two were declared dead by the doctors while the condition of the third worker remains critical. The incident is of Bhagwanpur Haat of Siwan district. Where 3 workers had entered the tank of the toilet under construction of Chandan Sharma, a resident of Nagwan village, to open the centering. In which two died due to suffocation. This incident has created chaos among the family members of the deceased. The family members are crying inconsolably. The police reached the spot and are engaged in further action.

सिवान, 15 फीट गहरे शौचालय की टंकी का सैंट्रिंग खोलने के दौरान 2 मजदूर की मौत हो गयी। जबकि तीसरा मजदूर अस्पताल में भर्ती है। इस घटना से इलाके में अफरा-तफरी मच गयी। बताया जाता है कि शौचालय की टंकी के अंदर घुसते ही तीनों मजदूरों को सांस लेने में दिक्कत होने लगी।
 तीनों को ऑक्सीजन नहीं मिल पा रही थी। दम घुटने से मजदूर चिल्लाने लगे। मजदूरों की आवाज सुनकर वहां मौजूद लोग भी घबरा गये और शौचालय की टंकी में घुसे मजदूरों को बाहर निकालने की कोशिश करने लगे लेकिन मजदूरों को बाहर निकालने में सफलता नहीं मिली। जिसके बाद जेसीबी को मौके पर बुलाया गया। जेसीबी की मदद से टंकी के पास खुदाई की गयी और तीनों मजदूरों को बाहर निकाला गया। 
तीनों को अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां दो को डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया जबकि तीसरे मजदूर की हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है। घटना सिवान जिले के भगवानपुर हाट की है। जहां नगवां गांव निवासी चंदन शर्मा के निर्माणाधीन शौचालय की टंकी में सैंट्रिंग खोलने के लिए 3 मजदूर घुसे थे। जिसमें दो की दम घुटने से मौत हो गयी। इस घटना से मृतक के परिजनों के बीच कोहराम मचा हुआ है। परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। वही मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस आगे की कार्रवाई में जुटी है।
