Saharanpur, Majid Ali, who lost badly after contesting the election on BSP ticket from Saharanpur Lok Sabha seat, has been expelled from the party along with his elder brother by BSP. BSP has accused Majid Ali of being involved in anti-party activities. The expulsion of Majid Ali along with his elder brother from Bahujan Samaj Party after losing badly from Saharanpur Lok Sabha seat has become a topic of discussion in political circles. This is not the first incident of Majid Ali's distance from BSP. His wife Tasmeem Bano won the election of District Panchayat President on BSP ticket in the year 2016. After this, Majid remained in the party for five years and participated enthusiastically in every activity, but during the 2021 District Panchayat elections, some differences arose between the party and him. After this, he joined ASPA on 16 September 2021 in the presence of Chandrashekhar at the Azad Samaj Party office in Noida. He was accused of leaving the party because he did not get the District Panchayat President ticket again from BSP. But on December 3, 2023, i.e. after two years, two months and 16 days, he returned to BSP again. In a conference, Western Uttar Pradesh in-charge Shamsuddin Rain had declared him as the Lok Sabha in-charge along with making him a member of the party. Since then he was continuously associated with the party. But there was also a discussion in the political circles that Majid Ali is not very happy to come to BSP. Because after the Indi alliance, he started seeing his defeat and this is what happened. He could not even save his deposit in the Lok Sabha elections. A day after the results came, BSP has expelled him for being involved in anti-party activities and indiscipline. His elder brother KRK has also been expelled. District President Janeshwar Prasad said that not only Majid was involved in anti-party activities, his brother KRK has written abusive words against sister Mayawati through social media, for which action has been taken. On the other hand, after being expelled from BSP, Majid Ali said that he has not received any phone call from the District President regarding expulsion. He came to know about the expulsion through social media. As far as KRK's expulsion is concerned, he has never been in the party. He does not have much connection with us either. He will not say anything against the action taken by sister ji.
