State General Secretary Asim Malik, while addressing the farmers and giving a memorandum to the City Magistrate, said that if the problems of the farmers are not solved soon, then lakhs of farmers of the country and states will gather in Delhi and hold a panchayat and return home only after getting their problems solved. Asim Malik said that the Modi government should immediately make MSP a guarantee law. By implementing the report of Dr. M.S. Swaminathan Commission, the country's food-providing farmers should be given a profitable price for their crops. All the debts of the farmers of the country should be eliminated. Which have been incurred due to the wrong policies of the government. Prime Minister Modi had said that we will double the income of the farmers in 2022. On this occasion, Metropolitan President of Bharatiya Kisan Union, Verma, Mohammad Zaheer Turki said that the country's food-providing farmers kept protesting on the roads of Delhi for 13 months and now for the last 7 months, lakhs of farmers are on dharna with their tractors and trolleys at Shambhu Border, Khanori Border, Dabwali Border of Punjab. The deaf and dumb government of Delhi is ignoring the farmers, which will not be tolerated at any cost. Metropolitan President Mohammad Zaheer Turki said that for the progress of the farmers, the central government should provide laborers to the farmers by linking the MNREGA scheme directly with farming and provide old age pension of ₹ 10,000 per quintal to elderly farmers and laborers above 58 years of age. The progress of the country is possible only with the progress of the farmers of the country.
