Mumbai, Engine of Vistara aircraft has been hit by a tow-truck during push back at Mumbai airport. Vistara flight was ready to take off from Mumbai airport for Kolkata. During this time this accident happened. All 140 passengers aboard the aircraft are said to be safe.

The cause of the accident came to light

At Mumbai airport, luggage is loaded into the aircraft through tow-trucks. During the pushback from the same tow-truck, the driver was thrown off balance and the rear of the truck collided with the engine of the plane. During this time all the passengers had boarded the plane and the plane was ready to take off.

However, it is a matter of honor that no major incident happened due to this collision and all the passengers of the aircraft are safe. At the time when this accident happened, there were 140 passengers in the plane.
