Saharanpur, The SDM demolished the construction by running a bulldozer in the colony being illegally cut off at Aghyana Tirahe in Nakur, town. The SDM has warned to continue action even if the colonizer does not respond to the notice. SDM Sangeeta Raghav said that some people had complained to the colonizer of breaking the wall of Shakambhari Vihar Colony near Aghyana Tirahe and accusing him of illegally cutting the colony. He then sent a notice to the colonizer and sought a reply. The SDM said that the colonizer did not respond to the notice within the stipulated time. When he investigated the case, the said colonizer neither passed any map, nor NOC was taken nor action of Section 80.
Told that in the police station day held in Kotwali, some shopkeepers lodged a complaint and said that illegal soil is being filled in the said colony. The SDM reached the spot with the municipal staff, light accountant and directed to demolish the colony. The walls of the colony were then demolished by the bulldozer. He warned that if the notice is not responded to in time, the entire colony will be demolished.
