In this video, wearing a Janata Dal United (JDU) sash, he is not only seen promoting the party from a public stage, but also talking about the "wiping out" of the opposition in the upcoming assembly elections, considering it completely finished.

सीतामढ़ी, सीतामढ़ी  जिले के सिविल कोर्ट में लोक अभियोजक (Public Prosecutor) के पद पर तैनात विमल शुक्ला एक वायरल वीडियो को लेकर विवादों में घिर गए हैं। इस वीडियो में वे जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जदयू) का पट्टा पहनकर एक सार्वजनिक मंच से न सिर्फ पार्टी का प्रचार करते नजर आ रहे हैं, बल्कि विपक्ष को पूरी तरह समाप्त मानते हुए आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में उसके "सफाए" की बात भी कर रहे हैं।

यह वीडियो गुरुवार को आयोजित सीतामढ़ी जिला जदयू कार्यालय के उद्घाटन समारोह का बताया जा रहा है, जिसमें जदयू सांसद देवेश चंद्र ठाकुर समेत कई पार्टी नेता मौजूद थे। उसी मंच से विमल शुक्ला ने कहा, “अब विपक्ष खत्म हो गया है, एनडीए के सामने कोई टिक नहीं सकता। इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव में विपक्ष का सफाया तय है।”

राजनीतिक मंच से की पार्टी नेतृत्व की प्रशंसा

विमल शुक्ला ने मंच से यह भी दावा किया कि उन्हें लोक अभियोजक की जिम्मेदारी मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार और सांसद देवेश चंद्र ठाकुर की कृपा से मिली है। उन्होंने कहा, “हम जैसे साधारण कार्यकर्ता को इतनी बड़ी जिम्मेदारी देकर सम्मान बढ़ाया गया है।”
न्यायिक पद पर रहते हुए राजनीति का समर्थन, आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन
गौरतलब है कि लोक अभियोजक एक संवैधानिक और न्यायिक पद है, जिससे राजनीतिक निष्पक्षता की अपेक्षा की जाती है। ऐसे पद पर रहते हुए किसी राजनीतिक दल का प्रचार करना, पार्टी का प्रतीक चिन्ह धारण करना और मंच साझा करना कानून व आचार संहिता के खिलाफ माना जाता है। इस घटना के सामने आने के बाद न्यायिक प्रणाली की निष्पक्षता और संवैधानिक मूल्यों को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। प्रशासन और न्यायपालिका की ओर से अब तक इस मामले में कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आई है।

He said, "The respect has been increased by giving such a big responsibility to an ordinary worker like us." Supporting politics while holding a judicial post is a violation of the code of conduct. It is worth noting that the Public Prosecutor is a constitutional and judicial post, from which political impartiality is expected. While holding such a post, campaigning for a political party, wearing the party's symbol and sharing the stage is considered against the law and the code of conduct. After this incident came to light, serious questions are being raised about the impartiality of the judicial system and constitutional values. So far, there has been no official response from the administration and the judiciary in this matter.
