Result of change in weather cycle

Scientist Sanjay Kumar of Patna Meteorological Center says that the decrease in rainfall during monsoon in the state is the result of change in weather cycle. Not only is there a decrease in rainfall during the monsoon in the state, but there is also a decrease in rainfall on normal days.

This is a sign of serious danger for the state. Not only in Bihar, but also in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, a decrease in average rainfall is being seen. At the same time, more than normal rainfall has started in the western part of the country. Monsoon rains in the state from 15 June to 30 September
Bihar receives southwest monsoon rains from 15 June to 30 September. Now only one week of monsoon period is left in the state, but there is a 28 percent decrease in rainfall, which is now not expected to be compensated. This year not only a decrease in rainfall has been observed but along with it a lot of imbalance in rainfall is also being observed.
