Deoband (Saharanpur), An inter school level debate competition of regional schools was organized in Doon Valley School. In which Nada Razi of Doon Valley Public School brought laurels to the school by securing the first position. An inter school debate competition was organized today as part of the series of programs organized for all-round development and upgradation of educational level through Hub of Learning in education and post-education activities of CBSE Board. In which students of Doon Valley Public School along with Doon Hills Academy, Cambridge International School, Nawaz Girls Public School of Deoband participated. In the auditorium of the school, the school's Principal Seema Sharma, Quality Head Mrs. Archana Sharma, Branch Head Mrs. Tanuj Kapil and jury members inaugurated the program by offering flowers and lighting the lamp in front of the picture of Mother Saraswati. After the welcome song, in this competition organized on the topic 'National Character is the Need for Development nor National Wealth', the students displayed their talents brilliantly by asking sharp questions, simple answers and passionate arguments in favour and against. It is known that the Principal of Doon Valley School, Seema Sharma has been selected by the CBSE Board as the Lead Collaborator for the development of education in the region and has been appointed to organize such activities. In this competition, Nada Mohammad Razi first, Meghna Pundir second (The Doon Valley Public School), Asra Usmani third (Nawaz Girls Public School) were awarded and congratulated by the Principal of the school, Seema Sharma. The Doon Valley Public School was selected for the best team but as per the rules, Nawaz Girls Public School was awarded for being the host team. Cambridge International School was awarded the runner up trophy. At the end of the program, the Principal of the school, Mrs. Seema Sharma, in her address, praised the eloquence of all the students and motivated them to prepare more and participate in the upcoming competitions. The program was successfully conducted by Prabhjot and Khushi.
