At the behest of the contractors, the station officials and police are watching the spectacle as spectators. Due to the bribe received from the contractors every month, the RPF, GRP and the management officials have turned a blind eye. In the serious matter of increasing illegal vendors, the top officials of Jabalpur Railway Division are limited to playing the role of Kumbhakarna. The contractors running illegal vendors between Satna and Manikpur stations include Chunnu Khatik, Munnu Khatik, Vishnu Yadav, Vishnu Khatik and others.
