Shajapur, Shardeya Navratri has started from Monday and on this day Mata's Ghat was established in the auspicious time. Along with this, devotees will now make good wishes by being absorbed in the worship of Mata Navratri. From early morning, the enthusiasm of Navratri festival started appearing in the city and people shouted the mother.
The Mata Mandir and the public pandals resonated with the chants of the mother from early morning till late night in the midst of religious events. A large number of devotees reached here and prayed for happiness and prosperity. Due to the establishment of Ghat on Monday, the mother came riding in a palanquin. The round of Ghat establishment started in the city from 9 am, which continued till evening. Attractive statues of the mother were taken in the city tour in the form of procession by various festival committees. After this, the idols were established at the prescribed places by worshiping according to the law. In the morning at the Maa Rajarajeshwari Mata temple located on the highway, the public representatives including Collector Dinesh Jain, former MLA Arun Bhimavad performed the aarti of the mother. On this occasion, BJP District President Ambaram Karada, Pt. Santosh Joshi, Pt. Ashish Nagar, Traders Federation District President Kiran Singh Thakur etc. were present. Similarly, in the Rupa Mata temple located in Kasera Bazar, Ghatasthapana was performed by Pandits and dignitaries in the auspicious time. Religious programs will be organized here daily during the Navratri festival. Apart from this, Maa Chamunda located on Dupada Road, Maa Bijasan Temple located on New Road, Gayatri Mata Temple at Station Road, Lalbai-Phulabai Mata Temple, Bijasan Mata Temple at Haraipura, Sheetla Mata Temple located at Someshwar Marg, Maa Kanakeswari Devi Temple located in nearby village Karedi. Good wishes were also made by establishing Ghat.

With the beginning of Navratri festival, Garba festival also started in the city. Earlier, due to the Corona period, the administration had not given permission for the events. Due to which other religious programs including Garba were not being organized in the city, but this time due to averting the risk of infection, devotees will be able to worship the mother and enjoy the Garba.
