Saharanpur, As per the instructions of District Magistrate Manish Bansal, public problems were heard in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Tehsil Sadar under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan. Instructing the officers, the CDO said that redressal of public grievances is included in the priority of the Honorable Chief Minister. Resolve the received complaints in a quality manner by adopting sensitivity within the stipulated time. Strict action will be taken against those who are negligent in resolving the complaints. In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, a total of 18 complaints were received, 05 from the Revenue Department, 09 from the Police Department, 01 from the Electricity Department and 03 others. Out of which 03 were resolved on the spot.
Sumit Rajesh Mahajan instructed the officers to show sensitivity towards redressal of complaints and adopt a human approach and ensure timely and quality resolution of problems. Negligence should not be shown in providing the benefits of the schemes to the eligible people. The problems of the elderly and the disabled should be resolved on priority. On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Praveen Kumar, Sub-District Magistrate Sadar Ankur Verma, Tehsildar Sadar Amit Kumar and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
