Rewa, If action is not taken till 11th November, fast unto death will be done from 12th November 2022.
An application for fast unto death was given by Dayashankar Upadhyay, resident of Patehra of Jawa tehsil, to Collector Rewa, in which he has mentioned that due to the dictatorship and inaction of Naib Tehsildar Umesh Tiwari posted in Atraila circle under Jawa tehsil, the general public and farmers of Atraila circle are upset. . Due to which the farmers keep circling the Tehsil office Jawa every day, but the Naib Tehsildars are not found, even after 4 pm, till then the common people and farmers go to their homes. Where many farmers have registered a protest against the functioning of the Naib Tehsildar and have also fasted till death to remove them.

But due to lack of action against them, their arbitrariness keeps coming to the fore every day.
In a similar case, the victim Dayashankar Upadhyay, a resident of Patehra, who has been circling the Tehsil office Jawa, SDM Toonthar, Collector Rewa and CM helpline for 3 years after registering a complaint, but till date no action has been taken to remove the encroachment.

The same complainant has demanded removal of Jawa Naib Tehsildar Umesh Tiwari from Atraila circle, accusing him of not taking action and giving false assurances. Along with this, after conducting an inquiry into the Patehra Gram Panchayat, a demand has been made to take action against the guilty secretary and employment assistant.

Where Dayashankar Upadhyay has given applications to Collector Rewa that if my following demands are not fulfilled by November 11, then from November 12, 2022, a fast unto death will be done in front of Jawa Tehsil office. Which will be the responsibility of the government administration.

In the given application, the complainant has told that the Naib Tehsildar issues the eviction order and then does not follow the order, which was now issued by the Naib Tehsildar on 2 November 2022, but with his own casual attitude. The complainant alleged that no action was taken.

The victim told that on the side of Rewa Dabhora road in Patehra, in front of the ancestral house, on the track of Pachasha of the road, the appellant Abhilash Verma has closed the way to the house by building a house of PM residence in the track of Pachasa, whose encroachment has been removed for one and a half years. Naib is circling back and forth in front of the Tehsildar but only getting a date on the date due to which victim will go on fast unto death from 12th November 2022 against Naib Tehsildar.
